सभी करदाताओं को वर्ष 2010-11 से 2024-25 तक लम्बित सम्पत्ति कर के बकायों पर सौ प्रतिशत ब्याज की एकमुश्त छूट अनुमत की जाएगी, यदि उनके बकायों का भुगतान 30 जून, 2026 तक कर दिया जाता है और वे ‘सम्पत्ति कर बकाया भुगतान और बकाया प्रमाणपत्र प्रबंधन पद्धति पोर्टल’ पर अपनी सम्पत्ति की सूचना स्व-प्रमाणित भी करते हैं।
One time waiver of 100% of interest on the arrears of property tax pending since year 2010-11 to 2024-25 shall be allowed to all tax payers, if their arrears are paid and also they self-certify their property information on ‘Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System Portal’ by the 30th June, 2026.
Owners of Agriculture properties can proceed for Deed Registration Appointment of their property on Jamabandi portal (https://jamabandi.nic.in/) directly without any requirement of data updation on this portal. Only the PID is required to be mentioned on the Jamabandi/WebHALRIS portal.
The details of Owners and Mobile number will be auto-updated on this portal after sale deed registration on the Jamabandi portal.
कृषि सम्पत्तियों के मालिक अपनी सम्पत्ति के डीड पंजीकरण अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए जमाबंदी पोर्टल (https://jamabandi.nic.in/) पर सीधे आगे बढ़ सकते हैं, इस पोर्टल पर डेटा अपडेशन की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।
जमाबंदी/WebHALRIS पोर्टल पर केवल PID का उल्लेख करना आवश्यक है। जमाबंदी पोर्टल पर बिक्री विलेख पंजीकरण के बाद मालिक का नाम और मोबाइल नंबर का विवरण इस पोर्टल पर स्वतः अपडेट हो जाएगा।
